Carelessness of indians admin

flooding many easy.Coz mostly time there is no admin available.All most admin of india ar careless.When i talk with them they told they careless.But how?Even they dont know enough multy name which active in these days.If u ask them may be hardly u will get 5 multy ids.If they careless then why they dont know about enough multy and flooders?Did they ever report mig staff about multy?If they report then why no stapes has been taken?Some of multies activated last 1 year.And still wild kicking.Coz of carelessness of indian admin we have to disturb other contry admin.And if admin working then why this situation has been created?Mostly old user either leave mig or use pvt only not chat room.If seems that whole system is currepted.One of indian admin told me that he did baan 2 multy.Then i told him lol there is mo dan 200 multy:p
